We complete full refurbishments of houses bought for the purpose of being resold; often referred to as “flipping” in the property development industry. This may include knocking two houses together, extensions, adding lofts and many more secrets to ensure value is added through the creation of living space.

for private individuals

Many of our clients purchase properties they would like to extend or add space to in order to turn them into their family home. We love working with them because they are enthusiastic about the details of the project and want to add their personal touch. This normally includes selecting building materials and the quality furnishings that match their taste because this is a place they would like to keep for as long as possible.

for foreign investors

We are privileged enough to have often worked on properties in central London on behalf of investors based outside the country. These clients are keen to maintain their properties and regularly refresh them so that whenever they choose to come to town, they can immediately feel at home.
